How can i register at your shop?
First create an account at the log-in page. You will receive an e-mail for confirmation. After activating your account by following the instructions on the confirmation e-mail, you can log in and start shopping.
I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What now?
It might take several minutes until you receive a confirmation e-mail. Please make sure to check the spam box as well. If no e-mail has been delivered, please click on the ‘resent’ option. If you still did not get any e-mail, contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I place an order?
If you know the article number or the name of the spare part, you can find it with a direct search in the top right search bar. You can also find the parts you are looking for via the explosion drawings of the machines, present on the website.
Where can i see prices?
You can only see prices when you are logged into your account. If you do not have an account yet, please make sure to create one.
Can we receive an invoice without VAT?
Yes. We can deliver without VAT if you have a valid company VAT number. New customer initially must provide us their VAT number. You can sent us your company’s tax ID and registration information at email@example.com. We will check the data and if correct we will change your account to “non- EU-VAT”. From that moment on you can order your spare parts without added VAT.
When can I expect my order?
Shop-PackTTI will process your order only during normal business hours. Usually that would take up to two working days after receipt of payment. Transit time depends on the delivery address. You will be updated on the status of your shipment. If you need your order urgently please call or send us an e-mail.
Has my order been shipped yet?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your customer account.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What now?
The majority of our orders are delivered within the timeframe stated in our delivery tariffs. On rare occasions orders can be subjected to delays within the postal network. If your order hasn’t arrived within the time stated, please contact us.
Can I trace my delivery?
Yes, we can sent you a track and trace number from GLS. With this number you can check your parcel at https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking.
My shipment has arrived damaged ,what should I do?
In the case of items received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and contact telephone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is any damage on the carton of the products, please refuse the order and contact us immediately.
Do you deliver outside the European Union?
Yes. We do make shipments outside of the European union and Europe in general. These orders are subject to extra transportation costs. Please contact us for additional information.
How do I return my goods?
